Double Duty

Double Shepard HookThis heavy-duty, double shepherd hook garden pole accommodates longer and heavier tube feeders, as shown. It's easy to install and is ultra-sturdy because it has a heavy-duty spade anchor for added stability in all directions. However, even a skinny 5/8"pole like this one will require a baffle to deter squirrels from getting at the seed.

Yes, you can easily get this pole into your car because the hooks are removable.

Our Squirrel-proof Guarantee

BaffledUsed properly, our squirrel baffles are 100% guaranteed. Place the baffle 4 1/2' above the ground so that squirrels can't jump around them and 10' to 12' from anything they can jump from, like lawn furniture, trees, roof or fence. Our 1" tubular poles fit snugly into our twist-in ground sockets making installation a breeze.

If any squirrel defeats one of our pole-mounted baffles, we'll give you your money back.

Garden Variety

Garden variety

All of our garden products are designed to be decorative yet functional.

We may not be a garden store, but we have a gaggle of poles, brackets and branch hooks for hanging plants, windchimes, hummingbird feeders and bird houses. These sturdy hangers are made of 5/8" rolled steel rod and poly-coat painted in attractive hunter green for maximum weather resistance.

Large Stuff

Larger wooden platform feeders are more attractively displayed and are better supported by a 4X4 cedar post. "Do I have to dig a big hole?", you ask. Not with our amazing 20" 4x4 twist-in ground socket. This auger-style post-holder will keep even the heaviest bird feeders steady. (We installed one at our own house and it's been in the ground for 5 years!) Note the 4x4 cone-shaped copper baffle on the post. It's handsome and it really works!

Attaching large feeders to a cedar post is simple with the easily installed metal flange shown below.

Easy In

Putting up a bird feeder is a snap with our twist-in or drive-in ground sockets that accommodate our 1" steel feeder poles or 4x4 cedar posts.

Our sturdy screw-in ground socket can be easily removed and relocated. The drive-in ground socket works well in rocky soil.

Tube Feeder Brush Brusha, brusha

Keeping feeders clean should be an essential part of your bird feeding regime. Moldy seed is harmful to birds and so they will not eat it. Soak feeders in warm soapy water. Add a touch of bleach if necessary.

One of these long-handled feeder brushes does wonders at getting seed-gark out of tight corners.

Fountain Service

Turn a 2-liter plastic soda bottle into a wild bird feeder with this rugged cast zinc adaptor. Just punch holes in the bottom of the bottle for the wire hanger, fill with black oil sunflower seeds and screw the adapter on to the bottle neck. Voila! An instant recyclable feeder.

Let's help pass on a safer, cleaner planet to future generations.

Seed Funnels Filler Up

These wide mouth funnels are perfect for filling large bird feeders. The smaller green funnel fits snugly over a gallon milk bottle jug for easy storing or pouring.

The large red funnel works great for draining motor oil, too!

Can It

Why store your bird seed in a grungy old bag when you can keep it handy in one of these handsome cans. The larger ones are galvanized and guaranteed not to rust. The smaller ones come with handles and tight fitting lids and can be stored on a breezeway or porch.
